Beef Stew Or Soup

stew meat (cut into bite size pieces)
1 large can v-8 juice
1 onions cut up -- (up to 2)
3 carrots cut up -- (up to 4)
3 potatoes cut up -- (up to 4)

2 ribs celery cut up -- (up to 3)
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen green beans
1 tablespoon cooking oil -- (up to 2)

Brown stew meat in the oil and remove to slow cooker. Add vegetable juice and fresh veggies cut into bite size pieces. Cook on low 8 hours or 5 hours on high. Add frozen veggies last 1-2 hours.
