Turkey Frame Bean Soup

1 or 2 cans dry navy beans
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage
1/8 teaspoon pepper
17 ounce can corn -- drained
2 stalks celery
1 cup carrots -- sliced
1 cup turnips -- chopped


Put carcass into slow cooker, breaking it up as needed to fit. Cover with water, add all other ingredients, and cook on low for about 6 - 8 hours. If you prefer to have your veggies a bit on the crispy side, add to pot during the last couple of hours of cooking.
