Wild Rice and Chicken Soup

1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 C. chopped cooked chicken
2 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 C. coarsely chopped carrots
1 C. sliced celery
1 6 oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
5 C. chicken broth
5 C. water


In slow cooker combine soup, chicken, mushrooms, carrot, celery, rice and contents of seasoning packet. Gradually stir in broth and water. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 hours.
