Cream of Asparagus Soup with Red Peppers
2 cn (15 oz) of asparagus spears
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 cn (10-1/2 oz) chicken broth
8 oz Sour cream
1 Lime , Juice of
1 Jar (7-oz) of (Progresso) sweet roasted red peppers
Black pepper to taste
4 ds Jalapeno hot sauce
Place asparagus and garlic in blender and blend until smooth. Pour
into medium-sized saucepan. Add chicken broth, sour cream, lime
juice, peppers and seasonings and heat to serving temperature.
