Leek and Potato Soup

6 c Chicken stock
6 Leeks; chopped, white only
1/2 c Onion; chopped
4 md Potatoes; peeled and diced
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts White pepper
1 c Cereal cream
1 bn Chives or parsley; garnish


Combine first 6 ingred. in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Run through blender. Return to saucepan. Stir in cream. Heat through. Garnish with chopped chives or chopped parsley.
