Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c Canned mushrooms
2 c Thin white sauce
1 tb Minced onion
Salt, pepper, and paprika
Chop mushrooms. Add white sauce, mushroom liquor, and onion. Cook over hot
water, stirring constantly, 10 minutes. Rub through sieve. Reheat. Season
to taste. Garnish with paprika. 6 servings.
