Cream of Pea Soup

1 1/3 c Canned pea soup, pea puree, or sieved peas
2 tb Butter
2 tb Finely minced onion
2 2/3 c Thin white sauce
Salt and pepper


Brown onion in the butter. Add pea soup and white sauce. Heat to boiling. Season to taste. Beat with a dover beater 1 minute. Serve at once. 6 servings.
