French Onion Soup

4 c Onion; thinly sliced
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Brown Stock
1 1/2 ts Salt
4 Round bread, toasted
4 tb Parmesan cheese; grated

Saute onions in butter in cooker until rick, golden brown; sprinkle with pepper. Add Brown Stock and salt. Pressure cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 4 minutes. Reduce pressure. Serve with toast rounds topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
