Cream of Cauliflower Soup

1 md Head cauliflower; cut into flowerets
1 Stalk celery; cut into 1" pieces
1 md Onion; chopped
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts White pepper
1 qt Chicken or turkey broth
1 c Light cream
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
Nutmeg


Combine cauliflower, celery, onion, salt, pepper, and broth in slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Force mixture through sieve or puree in blender. Return to pot. Add cream and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on high 5 to 10 minutes to heat. Sprinkle with nutmeg
