Broccoli Cheese Soup

1/2 tb Oil
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 Chicken bouillon
1 1/2 oz Fine egg noodles
1 Whole pkg. frozen (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 Whole shake garlic salt
2 c Skim milk
8 oz Velveeta cheese; cubed


Cook onion in oil in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add water and dissolve bouillon cube and bring to boil, add noodles and boil 3 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 4 minutes. Add garlic, milk and Velveeta cheese. Heat and stir until melted. T
