Chicken and Vegetable Ball Soup

2 c Chopped cooked chicken
2 Bamboo shoots, cut in very thin srips
4 Mushrooms, chopped
2 sm Carrots, finely chopped
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 c Soy sauce
1 ts Soup
4 ts Sugar
3 c Chicken stock

Combine chicken, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrots, egg, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sguar. Mix well and form into balls. Bring stock, 1/4 cup soy sauce and remaining sugar to a boil. Drop chicken balls into boiling stock; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes and serve.
