Broccoli and Tuna Soup
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Salt, pepper, celery salt to taste
3 cups skim milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna
1 package frozen broccoli spears
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 cup yogurt or sour cream
Saute onions in butter or margarine until clear. Add flour; slowly blend in milk. Cook until mixture bubbles and thickens. Add broccoli, Tuna and spices and cook until broccoli is tender (15 minutes). Add sour cream or yogurt. Do not allow to boil.
