Chilled Chick Pea and Avocado Soup

1 cn Cooked chick peas
500 ml Fresh chicken stock; (17 1/2fl oz)
2 Cloves garlic
Juice and zest of 2 lemons
1 tb Tahini
Ground cumin
250 ml Double cream; (9fl oz)
1 Ripe avocado
2 Limes
Tabasco
Hot water
Plenty of ice


Liquidise first eight ingredients and chill. Liquidise avocado, lime and tabasco, thin down with hot water. Season and serve.
