Pressure Cooker Onion Soup

3 tb Olive oil
2 lb Onions, thinly sliced
1 tb Flour
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Brown sugar
1/2 c Beer
6 c Beef stock

Heat oil in the pressure cooker and saute the onions until well browned (about 20 minutes). stirring frequently. Add flour, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Stir well. Add beer and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the stock.

Cover the Pressure Cooker. Set the Pressure Selector on High (III). Cook at pressure for 20 minutes. Use the Normal or Quick Release Method.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese or a toasted bread crouton.
