Ham and Potato Cheddar Chowder
1 Chopped large onion
1/2 c Chopped red/green pepper
1/2 lb Ham diced
2 tb Margarine
4 md Potatoes peeled diced
1 cn (13.75-oz) chicken broth
1 c Milk
1 Container (10.5-oz) cheese snack cold pack product
1/2 ts Ground white pepper
Saute first 3 ingredients in margarine in saucepan. Add potatoes and
broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. COver; simmer 15 minutes or
until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk, cheese snack, and pepper/
Cook over low heat until cheese snack is melted and chowder is hot,
stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley.
