Crab Curry Soup

1 can of tomato soup
1 can of green pea soup
1 can consomme
1/2 cup water
1 cup light cream
1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. or more sherry (optional)
1/4-1/2 lb. Crab (optional)


Combine soups, water (1/2 cup) and cream in double boiler. Mix curry with 2 tablespoons water and add to soup. Add Crab. May be prepared in advance. Reheat and add sherry.
