Blender Gazpacho

8 lg Red tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 sm Onions, chopped
1 Green pepper, seeded and chopped
2 lg Cucumbers, chopped
1/3 c Olive oil
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1 Lemon, juice of
1 tb Aromatic bitters
Pepper
Garnish:
1/2 c Scallions, sliced


Puree the tomatoes in blender. Place in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients. Ladle the mixture, about 2 cups at a time, into the blender, and blend until smooth. Combine with the tomato puree. Chill. Serve very, very cold, sprinkled with scallions.
