3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
4 to 6 stalks of celery
1 quart water
1 lb. chicken gizzards
1 cut up chicken, lightly brown
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. raw Shrimp
1 lb. Crab (leg or claw)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Dice onions, peppers and celery. Saute in oil until crisp. Add chicken gizzards to water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes. Add chicken to pot and simmer another 45 minutes. Add tomato sauce and next 4 ingredients. Boil until Shrimp become firm and curl. Serve over rice.
