5 Tbsp. bacon drippings
6 Tbsp. flour
2 onions, chopped
2 pieces garlic
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 large can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
6 cups water
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
2 lb. Shrimp
2 cans Crab
1 package frozen okra
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown flour in bacon drippings to make roux. Add onions, celery and garlic. Brown 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce, water, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Boil 1 hour over medium heat. Add Shrimp, okra and Crab. Cook 25 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and serve over steamed rice.
