8-Hour Vegetable Soup

1 lb. ground meat
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. can V-8 juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lg. bag frozen mixed vegetables


Brown and drain meat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 8 hours on low.
