Avocado Soup

2 avocados
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 cup heavy cream
salt
cayenne pepper


Peel and pit avocados. Puree in a blender with lemon juice. Blend in chicken broth and sherry. Pour into a bowl and whisk in cream. Season to taste with salt and cayenne. Chill.
