Bayou Seafood Gumbo

1/2 c. celery, few leaves, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sliced Okra, fry in oil before adding
16 oz. tomatoes
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
Few sprigs parsley, minced
Dash of Tabasco
Salt to taste
2 1/2 c. water
2 c. shrimp, crab meat and oysters

Cook celery and onion in butter slowly for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients except seafood. Cook for 30 minutes. Add seafood and a dash of Tabasco.
