1 pkg. 15 kinds of beans
1/2 lb. smoke pork
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced carrots
1 can Ro-Tel (tomatoes with chilies)
1 qt. canned whole tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Cook beans for 15 minutes. Let set for 1 hour. Cook pork. Add rest of vegetables and beans. Cook until done. Season to taste, salt, pepper and seasoning salt.
