Beef Soup

1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 lg. can tomatoes
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 chopped onions
1 chopped green pepper
4-5 carrots, sliced
2 c. water, or more
Noodles, added later

Put all ingredients except noodles in kettle and simmer 2 hours, adding more water as it becomes necessary. Cook desired amount of noodles according to package directions, and add to soup.
