Beer Cheese Soup

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Half and Half cream
3 c. chicken broth, heated
16 oz. Cheese Whiz
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. beer
Optional chives, carrots, celery, onion

Melt butter in pan, stir in flour until well blended. Add cream, stirring constantly. Next add heated chicken broth. Stir in Cheese Whiz, Worcestershire sauce and beer.
