Broccoli and Cheese Soup
1 qt. water
2 c. diced raw potatoes
1 c. chopped onions
2 cubes chicken bouillon
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 lg. head fresh, chopped
Put all of the above into large pot, cook until tender. Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 pound Velveeta cheese, sliced. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
