Broccoli and Ham Soup

5 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. cubed ham
6 c. water
3 c. cut broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine
1 pt. creamed corn (canned or frozen)
3 c. lowfat milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. grated cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook potatoes and ham in water until tender. Saute broccoli and onions in margarine, then add to potato mixture. Continue cooking until broccoli and onions are tender. Add corn, salt and pepper; turn to simmer. Add milks and cheese; simmer until cheese is melted.
