Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 can Creme of Mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. margerine
2 or 3 slices cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tsp. instant bouillon granules
Pepper, more or less
Cook broccoli with bouillon granules until broccoli is tender. Drain. Empty can of mushroom soup into pan. Add milk, margerine, salt, pepper, and onions. Bring to low boil. Add cheese and melt. Add broccoli. Add more cheese if desired and more milk if you like it thin.
