Broccoli Cheese Soup
4 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. chopped onions
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
2 c. chopped cooked broccoli
4 slices Velveeta cheese
Saute' onions in butter until tender. Blend in the flour, salt and pepper. Slowly, add the milk. Cook to thicken. Add the cooked broccoli and the velveeta. Stir to melt the cheese.
