Cabbage Beef Soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 heaping tbsp. beef bouillon
Brown together beef, bell pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Drain. In small stock pot combine ground beef mixture, cabbage and stewed tomatoes. Fill tomato can with hot water and mix in beef bouillon. Stir until bouillon is dissolved. Add to pot. Cook until cabbage has reached desired tenderness. If you prefer a brothier soup, simply add more bouillon and water.
