1 head cabbage
2 whole green peppers
6 whole green onions
1 large canned tomatoes -- or 3 whole tomatoes
1 package onion soup mix
1 stalk celery
Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces, place in a large pot, and cover with
water. Boil for 10 minutes,
then cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are soft. Season to
taste with any non-caloric
seasonings (spices, Tabasco, etc.)
