Cauliflower Cheese Soup
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. cold water
1 c. chicken stock or 1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can cheese sauce
1 sm. head cauliflower, cooked and diced or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower prepared according to pkg. directions.
Stir together first set of ingredients in a small cup or bowl until well combined. Place this mixture in soup pot, and slowly stir in second set of ingredient, stirring until smooth. Add 1 small head cauliflower, cooked and diced, or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower prepared according to pkg. directions. Cook over medium low heat, stirring very frequently, until heated through. Do not allow soup to come to a boil. More milk may be added is soup thicker than is desired.
