1 head cauliflower, cut in sm. pieces
1/4 c. oleo
2/3 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Cook onion in oleo until soft; set aside. Blend in flour. Cook cauliflower in liquid. Drain liquid reserving 1 cup of liquid. Add broth to onion, oleo and flour mixture. Cook until boiling. Add 1 cup of cauliflower liquid with Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add cauliflower and heat to boiling. Add cheese and parsley.
