Cheese (potato) Soup

2 stalks celery
6 med. potatoes
2 carrots, sliced
3 c. water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 lg. onion
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese

Saute onion in 2 tablespoon butter, simmer all ingredients until vegetables are tender. Add 1 cup milk, 1 cup grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
