Cheese Soup

2 qt. water
Salt & pepper to taste
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. diced onion
2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. diced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. diced Velveeta


Add water, bouillon cubes, onion, salt and pepper together. Simmer until onion is tender. Then add vegetables and potatoes. Cook until tender. Add chicken soup and Velveeta. Heat to melt cheese.
