Cold Shrimp Soup

1 qt. bottle clam flavored tomato juice (Clamato)
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/3 c. thinly sliced green onion
1/4 lb. cooked shrimp or 4 1/2 oz. can, rinsed
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 t tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill weed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
1 med. avocado, diced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco


Mix and chill makes 6 servings. Will last 2 days with shrimp.
