Corn and Crab Chowder

2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can crab meat (tuna may be substituted)
2 pkgs. frozen creamed corn or 2 cans cream style corn
1 tbsp. minced parsley

In 3 quart kettle combine potatoes, onions, water and salt. Bring to boil and cook 10 minutes. Do not drain. Add other ingredients and cook over low heat until hot. At serving time top with parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
