Corn Crab Meat Chowder
2 c. raw cubed potatoes
2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. whole milk
2 cans (2 c. size) cream - style corn
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. can crab meat
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
In kettle, put potatoes, onions, hot water and salt. Bring to boil for 12 to 15 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Heat slowly to piping hot and serve.
