Crab and Corn Chowder

1 lb. or more crab meat (plus the fat)
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 tbsp. garlic, crushed
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pts. half & half
1 bag of frozen corn

Saute the onions, celery and garlic in melted butter until tender. Blend in the flour, then add soups. Mix well and add the stock (2 cans of water). Cook until well blended. Add the frozen corn. Cook until tender. When the corn is tender add the crab meat and the heavy cream. Simmer for 20 minutes.
