Crab Bisque

1/4 c. butter
1 c. broccoli florets
1 c. scallions, chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken broth
3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can crab meat


Melt butter. Add broccoli, mushrooms, and scallions, saute. Add flour, thyme, pepper, broth and cream. Stir until thick and bubbly. Add cheese and crab. Stir until heated and serve.
