Cream of Zucchini Soup

4 med. zucchini in chunks
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2-3 c. milk
3 c. water
2 med. onions, diced
2 chicken bouillon cubes


Melt butter. Add flour. Add milk, water, bouillon cube, zucchini and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender. Puree in blender. Add salt and pepper to taste. (Will thicken when pureed.)
