1 pkg. tomato or split pea or chicken cup-a-soup
1 3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. mixed vegetables (frozen or canned) or corn/peas/carrots 1/2 c. each
1/2 okra (optional)
Salt & pepper
Prepare cup of soup according to directions. Add next 3 ingredients seasoned to taste with salt and pepper. If fresh vegetables are used cook to tender. This recipe can be prepared in small individual crock pot.
