Danish Fruit Soup

2 c. pitted plums plus juice
1 c. other fruit juice (berry, pineapple, orange)
1/3 c. Minute tapioca


Let this mixture sit for 5 minutes. Add any fruit you have: boysenberries, cherries, pineapple, seedless grapes, chopped peaches, etc. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. A little sugar may be added to taste, or as needed.
