Cauliflower or broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter or oleo
Cover broccoli (or cauliflower) with water. Cook until done. Take broccoli or cauliflower out and cut up. Place back in water. Add other ingredients, cook until cheese melts (even better the next day).
