Egg Drop Soup
1 qt. chicken broth
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch, blended with 1/4 c. cold water
1 egg, lightly beaten with 1 tbsp. cold water
Heat broth. Mix in sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch and heat, stirring constantly. Bring to boil, remove from heat and drizzle in egg mixture, stirring constantly.
