Fresh Creamy Spinach Soup

1 lb. fresh raw Spinach cleaned
1 c. water
1 stick real butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Put spinach in a medium pot and add water. Cook until spinach is wilted. Now put mixture in blender and go for it. Pour blended mixture back in pan and add remaining ingredients. Warm until hot but do not boil. Serve with toasted Health Nut Bread.
