Fried Rice Soup

Rice
Chicken
Eggs
Sesame oil
Chicken broth soup
Chopped green onion
Fresh sliced mushrooms
Peanut oil


Cook enough rice for the appropriate number of people to be fed. Cool slightly and put in bowl. Add sesame oil and eggs. Chill in refrigerator. Cook chicken breasts and shred. Add to chicken broth soup (1 can per person). Add chopped green onions and fresh sliced mushrooms. Cook over low heat. Fry rice in peanut oil until golden. Drain and put in bowls. Cover with broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Serving Suggestion: Makes a great meal when served with egg rolls.
