Garden Zucchini Soup

2 zucchini, sliced
1 tsp. curry powder
2 c. sour cream
2 onions, chopped
5 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

In saucepan, gently boil zucchini, onion and curry powder in chicken broth until soft. Add sour cream and puree in blender until smooth. Season and serve hot or chilled. Yield: 7 cups.
