2 qt. tomatoes (fresh, canned, or frozen)
2 lb. sliced okra
6 bell peppers, sliced in strips
1 lg. sweet onion, sliced in strips
3 med. hot banana peppers, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. seasoned salt
Fresh or dried basil and savory

Combine all ingredients in large stock pot. Simmer for hours over low heat. The longer the better. Freezes well.
