Italian Sausage Soup

2 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 c. water
2 lg. onions
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. shell macaroni

Brown sausage in 4 quart pot. Add chopped onions, stir until soft. Add tomatoes and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 20 minutes. Add macaroni last after vegetables are done. Salt and pepper to taste.
